Rick has more than 35 years of experience in the oilfield industry. In the late 1970s, at the age of 17, he finished high school and went to work on the drilling rigs. Over the years, working locally and overseas, Rick took on the roles of roughneck, tool push and driller. He had his own rig for about five years.
Rick joined Ketek in 1996 as operations manager and has held a number of senior roles with the company since then, helping to bridge the gap between the field and the office.
