Cyclonator Incinerators are manufactured to customer specifications at our fabrication plant in Canada

Ketek’s manufacturing team is a group of engineers, draftsmen and tradespeople who are constantly pushing to develop better, more efficient incinerators. We have established original equipment manufacturer (OEM) supply agreements with strategic suppliers to maintain a consistency of product. Ketek Group has the coordinated capability to design and manufacture a range of incinerators. We have a 7,700-sq-ft, CWB-certified fabrication shop where we weld carbon steel, stainless steel and aluminium. We have a 5,000-sq-ft sandblasting bay and a 1,200-sq-ft, air-pressurized painting and curing booth.

Dual Chamber Incinerators

The Controlled Air design includes a primary chamber with exhaust gases passing through a secondary chamber for re-burning of any residual harmful gas components. This secondary combustion is sized for controlling reaction time and destruction temperatures before safe release to the atmosphere. Dioxins, furans, and similar gaseous pollutants are destroyed at operating temperatures of between 650 and 1,000 deg C with a reaction time of two seconds and excess oxygen of more than six per cent. When required, environmental controls can be integrated into the design.

Touchscreen display (Optional)

The PLC is used primarily to display and log operational data including temperatures, blower and burner status, door status and primary chamber pressure. The PLC also monitors some operational functions and identifies some alarm conditions.
