Our neighbour province, British Columbia, has recently declared a state of emergency due to the devastating floods and mudslides. In some areas the high water levels caused many families to be evacuated from their homes. Many areas have already begun to rebuild and repair from the storm, yet more rain and windy weather approaches. This threatens the process the province has made in an effort to get things back to normal. The military, communities, and businesses are coming together to help BC during this challenging time.
