This H2S Alive Course by Energy Safety Canada is designed to prepare workers to recognize H2S (hydrogen sulfide) hazards and protect themselves.

Hydrogen sulfide (H2S) is an extremely hazardous gas found naturally in crude petroleum and natural gas. This training course teaches you how to work safely in and around H2S environments.
H2S Alive is specifically designed for anyone working or aspiring to work in the Oil & Gas Industry where exposure to hazardous gas is a possibility. Participants will gain essential skills to recognize H2S hazards, protect themselves, and perform basic H2S-related rescues.

H2S Alive training course price:
$145.00 +GST
- Prices are based on delivery within 50 km of Edmonton and may vary by location and client needs.
- All confirmed bookings will be honored at the advertised/quoted price.
- Duration: Approximately 8 hours (includes practical component).
- Certification: Upon successful completion (80% minimum on both theory and practical components), you’ll receive a certificate.
- Re-certification: Required every three years.
- Prerequisites: All students must bring valid government-issued identification.
- Cancellations: 24-hour notice is required. Late arrivals or no-shows will forfeit the full course fee. Qualified substitutions are permitted up to the course start date.
