Course Description
This course offers a foundational understanding of telehandler operation, maintenance, and safe load handling, covering essential federal and provincial legislative requirements.

Key Topics Include:
- Safety awareness.
- Familiarization with components.
- Mastering pre-use inspections.
- Developing proper operational skills for stability, load handling, and hazard avoidance.
It equips operators with a thorough understanding of the machine’s capabilities, limitations, and safe procedures, significantly minimizing the risk of accidents, injuries, and property damage.
Any personnel who will operate a telehandler.
- In-House & On-Site Training at our Edmonton or Fort McMurray Branches: Minimum 2 participants required.

Training course price:
$225.00 +GST
- Prices are based on delivery within 50 km of Edmonton and may vary by location and client needs.
- Retail, Corporate, and Preferred Corporate pricing is available.
- All confirmed bookings will be honored at the advertised/quoted price.
- Duration: Approximately 6 hours (includes practical component).
- Certification: Upon successful completion (80% minimum on both theory and practical components), you’ll receive a certificate.
- Re-certification: Required every three years.
- Prerequisites: All students must bring valid government-issued identification.
- PPE Required: 6″ safety boots, safety gloves, hard hat, safety glasses, and hi-vis vests.
- Cancellations: 24-hour notice is required. Late arrivals or no-shows will forfeit the full course fee. Qualified substitutions are permitted up to the course start date.
