Ketek and Xylem Canada Extend Partnership

For more than 20 years, Ketek has been an authorized distributer for Xylem Canada, the manufacturer of, among many things, the industry-leading Flygt submersible dewatering pumps. Now, the two companies have expanded that relationship by signing an agreement to make Ketek a certified repair shop for Flygt pumps and for most of Xylem’s extensive product line. “Xylem is a top-notch supplier of submersible and vertical-turbine pumps,” says Ketek President Brad Abel. “Flygt is the best known electrical pump, and we’ve extended and solidified our partnership with them.”

Ketek’s maintenance team and facilities are key to this agreement, as they ensure that the company can provide the quality of service that is required. To date, many Xylem pumps that required service have been sent to facilities in Montreal. More of that business will now stay in the West.
